2x Originale – Ragù alla Bolognese, the classic way with beef and pancetta.

2x Salsiccia – The southern Italian classic (pork), a little spicier.

2x Wagyu Nero – Our ultimate gourmet product, seared over extra-high heat and especially intense.

2x Il Toscano – The Tuscan classic made with wild boar. Slowly braised with selected spices. 

+ Gift: 1x Pappardelle all' Uovo: In Bologna, ragù (as Bolognese is called in Italy) is traditionally eaten with egg pasta. Ours are slightly wider than tagliatelle and come from the epicentre of Italian egg pasta (Campofilone), made by a small manufactory with its own mill.
