Where do the ingredients come from?
Meat & vegetables: We try to source our ingredients as regionally and seasonally as possible.
Olive oil: Our olive oil is extra virgin (cold-pressed) and sourced from Italy.
Tomatoes: These come partly from Italy and partly from Spain.
How long is the delivery time?
We usually ship your order within 1–2 working days, and it arrives with you after 3-4 working days. You'll receive tracking directly from DHL.
How are the products shipped?
Our products are shipped with DHL in special shipping boxes.
Sustainability: what are you doing about it?
The can is 100 % recyclable. We use BPA-free coatings and produce with 100 % green electricity.
From what order value is shipping free?
From €29, shipping is free. Otherwise, it costs you the small sum of €6.90. On all Tasting Boxes, you get a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened products, including free returns.

How long do the products keep?
Keeps for a long time at room temperature without refrigeration.
The best-before date is on every pack.

What to do if your delivery is damaged?
If the cans are damaged, please keep the packaging including its contents. We will provide a free replacement.
Are the products already cooked?
Pasta needs to be cooked yourself.
Bolognese is already fully cooked and only needs heating.
Which allergens do the products contain?
Pasta: contains gluten (wheat)
Bolognese: contains celery, may contain sulphites and dairy products
