Aglio Olio is our homage to lovers of this classic – for all who appreciate a subtle garlic note and a light, balanced spiciness. Coarse garlic pieces and the fruity peel of chili provide the perfect aroma without being overpowering.

Foodie Tip: Heat activates the garlic and chili. So either add directly over the warm sauce or make your own oil:
Heat olive oil, put the spice in a small, heatproof container, and take out only as much as you need. Lasts several weeks.
